The first thing to settle is what the vehicle is worth. Send us the details by phone, WhatsApp or through the enquiry form.

What we do with it: We give you an indicative estimate based on your vehicle’s category, weight and current scrap metal rates. It is a starting figure; the final value is confirmed after the vehicle is weighed openly at our yard.
Schedule Vehicle Pickup
Once you are comfortable with the estimate, we fix a pickup time. Free doorstep pickup is included across our service area – home, workplace, workshop, or a parking spot the vehicle has not moved from in years.
A few things worth knowing
- Your vehicle does not need to start
- It does not need to have all four wheels
- You do not need to arrange a tow
- Someone from your side should be present at handover with the required papers

Documentation and RC Handling
This is the step most owners are unsure about, so here is how it actually works.
Documents to keep ready
- A copy of the Registration Certificate (RC)
- Aadhaar and PAN of the registered owner
- A photograph of the vehicle
A few cases need more – a loan closure NOC if the vehicle was financed, extra proof if ownership changed hands informally, or additional papers if the registered owner has passed away or dues are pending. Mention it when you call and we will tell you exactly what to bring.

Scrapping and Recycling at Our Facility
Once your vehicle arrives at the yard, it goes through recycling in a specific order – the difference between a proper vehicle recycling facility and a roadside cutter.
- Depollution first – engine oil, gearbox oil, brake fluid, coolant and fuel are drained off and collected
- Battery, tyres and other hazardous components are removed and routed separately
- Reusable assemblies are taken off before the shell is processed
- Ferrous and non-ferrous metals are segregated for recycling into new material

Real-time tracking lets you follow the vehicle through each stage – received, depolluted, recycled – so there is no guesswork about where it is in the process.
Scrap Certificate and Payment
Two things happen on deposit:
- A scrap certificate is generated on the official Government of India portal in your name – proof that the vehicle was scrapped at an authorised facility. The RTO, insurers and manufacturers offering scrappage discounts all accept it.
- Payment for the scrap value is released on deposit, not weeks after.
Keep the certificate safely. It is what a dealer will ask to see if you later claim a scrappage benefit against a new vehicle.
Why the Process Runs Through an Authorised RVSF
A vehicle sold to a roadside cutter may physically leave your gate, but it does not leave your name in official records. The RC continues to show as active, and any challans or misuse tied to that vehicle number remain your problem.
Only a Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility can issue the certificates that support formal deregistration on VAHAN and record the scrapping on the government portal. Choosing an authorised facility is what actually closes the file, not just what gets you a better price.

How do I start the scrapping process?+
Call or WhatsApp us on +91 9888129919 with your vehicle details. You will get an estimate the same day and, if you go ahead, we fix a pickup time from there.
Does the vehicle need to be running?+
No. Non-running, seized-engine, accident-damaged and long-abandoned vehicles are collected the same way as running ones. You do not need to arrange a tow.
What documents do I need to hand over on pickup day?+
A copy of the RC, Aadhaar and PAN of the registered owner, and a photograph of the vehicle. If the vehicle was financed, keep the loan closure NOC ready. Anything else will be flagged before pickup day.
What happens to my vehicle after it leaves my gate?+
It is brought to our yard, weighed openly and inspected, then depolluted before dismantling. Oils, coolants, batteries and tyres are handled first; the metal shell is then processed for recycling. Real-time tracking keeps you updated.
When do I get paid?+
On deposit. Once the vehicle is received, weighed and accepted at the yard, payment for the agreed scrap value is released – no chasing, no weeks of waiting.
Who cancels the RC, you or the RTO?+
Both, in different roles. We deface the RC in your presence, record the scrapping on the government portal and file the paperwork; the RTO then cancels the registration in VAHAN on the basis of that record. Our job is to make sure everything reaches them correctly so you do not have to make the trip.
How long does the whole process take?+
From pickup to payment, a few days is typical. The scrap certificate is generated as soon as the vehicle is deposited. RTO-side deregistration updates run on government timelines, which we cannot control but will keep you posted on.
